The Screw Conveyor is a highly efficient material handling machine designed to move bulk materials such as powder, granules, grains, and feed from one process to another in a controlled manner. It is commonly used in feed plants, food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and construction industries.

The system consists of a rotating helical screw blade (called a flight) housed inside a U-shaped or tubular casing. As the screw rotates, the material is conveyed forward through the casing. Screw conveyors can be designed for horizontal, inclined, or vertical conveying depending on plant layout and application.
